Person Centred Approach 


Many problems need to be talked through at your pace, in a non-judgemental space, where you feel safe and free to express how you feel. This can be useful for dealing with sexual abuse, trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, loss of direction, redundancy, death of a pet, stress/work related problems and general feelings of loss from many everyday life situations.


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

If you have a specific area you want to work on, then this approach can be more suitable. We can discuss this and decide what you feel most comfortable with.

Counselling

There are certain times in life, when things feel out of balance, too overwhelming or too confusing to talk through with friends and family. Counselling provides that safe, confidential space to explore what and how you feel, without judgement or the need to justify how you feel. I am an accredited member of the BACP. I work to the BACP professional code of Ethics. I am also a member of the BACP Register. If you are feeling unsure about beginning counselling, I can answer any questions you may have about the process.
